1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phjil (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sports betting operator registered and operating within the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the phjil platform at https://phjil.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and while accessing the Platform. We employ geolocation technology to verify your physical location, and access from outside Philippine territory is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry maintained by PAGCOR, the Platform, or any other Philippine gaming authority.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under Philippine law, including but not limited to government officials, military personnel on active duty, or individuals subject to court-ordered gambling restrictions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration for a phjil account requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, mobile phone number, and a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) for identity verification purposes. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual may register for only one (1) account with phjil. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify phjil immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjil shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

3.1 Deposits

phjil accepts deposits through authorized payment methods displayed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and select credit and debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You acknowledge that deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of third-party payment processors, and phjil is not responsible for delays caused by external payment systems.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phjil account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered in your name, or accounts associated with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. phjil reserves the right to reverse deposits, suspend accounts, and report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Platform's withdrawal interface and are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by phjil in writing. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from fifteen (15) minutes to forty-eight (48) hours for verified accounts during business hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may be subject to additional identity verification and security checks, which may extend processing times.

phjil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification of compliance with wagering requirements, bonus terms, and these Terms and Conditions before approval.

3.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Terms

Bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives issued by phjil are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or associated deposits must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiration periods are detailed in the terms of each individual promotion and must be reviewed carefully before accepting any bonus.

Abuse of bonuses, promotional offers, or other Platform features—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, colluding with other players, placing offsetting bets, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements—is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and confiscation of any associated winnings.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All wagers placed on the phjil platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. phjil reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed at obviously incorrect odds, wagers exceeding maximum stake limits, wagers placed after an event has commenced (for sports betting), or wagers placed by players suspected of fraudulent or irregular betting activity. In the event of wager refusal or cancellation, funds will be returned to your account balance.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is conducted in accordance with the official rules of each sport and the specific betting market rules displayed on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA, FIFA). Bets on events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned will be settled according to the specific rules for each sport and betting market, which are available on the Platform. In the event of disputes regarding event outcomes or bet settlement, phjil's decision based on official results and Platform rules shall be final and binding.

4.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games, are governed by the rules specific to each game as provided by the game developer or live casino operator. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are accessible within each game's interface. 4.4 Prohibited Activities

• Any conduct that violates Philippine law or the terms of phjil's PAGCOR license.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, legal action, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phjil platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, data compilations, game content, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of phjil, its licensors, or its content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The phjil name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phjil or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phjil.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform, except as explicitly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent from phjil.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Platform Availability

While phjil strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website or its services. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures, internet service provider issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. phjil shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for downtime unless such downtime directly results in documented financial loss due to Platform error.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PHJIL PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, GAMES, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER PHILIPPINE LAW, PHJIL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PHJIL, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF PHJIL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHJIL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR PHJIL ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phjil's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You agree to bring any claims individually and not as part of any class or representative action, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phjil.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjil regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Waiver

No waiver by phjil of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by phjil to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

8.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of phjil. phjil may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent, including but not limited to assignments to affiliates, successors, or purchasers of all or substantially all of phjil's assets or business.
